Risk assessment: The purpose of a risk assessment is to make sure that all hazards are identified prior to filming, so that we can make cautions prevent or minimise the likelihood of the hazard happening, so that no one is hurt or injured during the filming. I have completed this to show what hazards are possible and how I can prevent/minimise their possibility to make sure that everyone is safe.
Location release form: This is a form to make sure that the filmmaker has permission to film at this location, the permission must be given by the owner of the property. It is also specified on this form where they will be filming and what facilities are available, so that the filmmaker can prepare for what they nee, if the facilities aren't available at the location.
Location scouting sheet: The purpose of this is to see what locations are suitable to film at, therefore the filmmaker can look for locations that include the right facilities and match the description needed for their film.
